There are shoes listed that have no sizes in stock. Totally frustrating. They should be removed until more in that style are available.

I found the website not very user friendly. I couldn’t find the shoes I was interested in. When I tried chatting online, I didn’t get anywhere. The agent was very slow to respond. I then called and talked to someone who gave me a sku number, which helped me find the item, but then I couldn’t find where I had to go to complete the order. Proceed to checkout finally came up and I completed my order, but I was pretty frustrated by then.

Can’t wear this for extensive walking

Nice and comfortable shoe, but sole wears out quickly. I wish nunn bush would remake this style with a tough sole

I’ve been using Zappos for many years. They have consistently been helpful, courteous, and fast shippers. I’ve never had a problem. Their return policy is the best, no worries with Zappos!
