Brooks Running shoes – Zappos: Shop shoes & clothes Review

I found the website not very user friendly. I couldn’t find the shoes I was interested in. When I tried chatting online, I didn’t get anywhere. The agent was very slow to respond. I then called and talked to someone who gave me a sku number, which helped me find the item, but then I couldn’t find where I had to go to complete the order. Proceed to checkout finally came up and I completed my order, but I was pretty frustrated by then.
