Definitely enjoy shopping here. It's a breeze. Especially when it comes to getting shoes for the kids. With the covid-19 still out here. It really makes it hard to take them in stores. Thankful for Zappos.

I can no longer find the cart within the app? What happened to it? Where did it go? Please help!
No link/button to get to Shopping Cart

I added a pair of shoes to my Shopping Cart, it said it added it but there’s no button/link to get to the Shopping Cart. Nothing in the sidebar, no Shopping Cart icon. I’m not sure how they expect anyone to buy something. This on the iPad.

I've used Zappos quite happily for years, and I have made plenty of purchases via the mobile app. Today I'm completely unable to view my shopping cart or complete a purchase. There are no longer shopping cart / favorites / account icons on the bottom of my screen. I can see them in the iPhone version of the app, but not on my iPad. I don't see an app update, and my ipad is running the latest iOS. Grrrrr...I don't want to shop from my phone. Is it being blocked by the "call us 24/7" banner at the bottom?

Trust Me I'm A Pro
Zappos has: [x] name brand items even when they’re sold out on the brand site [x] shipping is free & expedited w/an Amazon Prime membership [x] otherworldly return/exchange policy -> up to 365 days after date of purchase [x] great customer service [x] app is intuitive, minimalist, and functions like it was actually built to be used on a smart phone. What else can you ask for?!? No, really though, what else - because Zappos might actually incorporate it, just sayin. ??♂️

I’m not really sure why this is happening I’ve logged out and log back in and deleted and re-downloaded the app several times but when I login it doesn’t show me any of my account information, any of my order history, or any of my favorites. I’m logged in but none of the information is there. Pretty useless

What is the purpose of shopping at Zappos without next day delivery? My part of the country is up and running. Kids in school 5 days a week. Sports back on schedule. Over a week for delivery is poor management.
