I love Zappos and all the quality shoes I buy there. Most are perfect but occasionally I have to return due to size . No problem as Zappos allows me to buy what I think will be the perfect shoe but I have a bunion that occasionally affects fit . Zappos has free return and prompt refund all without having to drive to a store saving time and gasoline. Love Zappos for Years !

I love Zappos but have been disappointed in their apparent need to ‘follow suit’ and join the leftist liberal agenda and make that front and center to their website. It would be so nice to conduct business and just shop online!! without political influences! Zappos Please please take note and listen to ALL your customers and not just follow lock step with liberal politics!!

Customer service was outstanding. I was fortunate enough to speak with Kerry who showed so much patience with all my questions and was clearly knowledgeable as well as efficient. I would appreciate it if this could be reflected on her personnel records, as this is precisely the person any company would be lucky to have representing them. Zappos should be pleased. She even stayed longer than her shift to make sure she was thorough and that I, the customer was completely satisfied...all done with a smile.

Whose idea was it to get rid of the shopping cart icon? I love Zappos, but I really struggled with actually just checking out with my order this time around. The shopping cart icon, as I said, was missing. The checkout process was not clear. And to top it off, as the app was giving me mixed signals about whether my order had actually been placed, the “rate the app” dialogue popped up. Talk about rotten timing. (I finished my order - I *think*? - and then came here to give the review.)

I bought a pair of running shoes on Zappos, and within 3 weeks of delivery, I fell twice while using them on runs. I’ve only ever fell running once in my life before then, and I typically run 6 days a week. I like the fact that I can return an item within 365 days assuming it hasn’t shown worn. Zappos and the team are second to none in price, quality, free shipping and yes, customer service. 5 out of 5 stars in my book. I’m a repeat customer for the reasons I’ve just described.
