Love the App but low rating because of glitches already described in other comments for the last several months. Have to reinstall every time you go out of the App. Have played for several years and would at least like a response to everyone’s question about why there is not an update to fix the App. As one person said, hello is anyone there?

No fix in sight. Company isn’t responding to inquiry at all. Don’t bother. Glad I didn’t buy the premium version. Too bad. Was a good app.

Twice now when I have about 40 lifelines, the game quits working. When you try to open it, it starts to open, goes to black screen then back to home screen. Again and again. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it, losing all the lifelines I had and getting a new name assigned. I am so mad!

Found this app listed as a fun couple's app. My husband and I downloaded it. Prior to even getting a chance to play, the app quit several times. Giving it an opportunity, we deleted it off our iPhones and reinstalled it. I was able to finally log in and get one move on connect 4. However, my husband was becoming frustrated by having to download and delete several times for the game to work. Kinda work. After 5 tries, the game never stayed open and quit unexpectedly. We decided it was stupid to keep trying and deleted the game entirely from our phones. Too bad. It seemed like it could have been a real fun game.
Issues with free version after iOS 11.2.1 update

Ever since iOS update to 11.2.1 the app would crash upon start (would show logo then flash white screen & close) I have used this app for years!! :( On my girl friends iPhone her’s was working on new iOS, the only difference was that she has the paid version!! (Even though the versions of free & paid app is the same) I was forced to pay the 1.99 to get the paid version :( I can play the game now, the free version must have some issue that needs to be fixed..

Update: Reinstalling is NOT solving the problem anymore. I have emailed the developers many times, and got no response... :( Had to delete then reinstall to get chat to connect to the server (used to get "maintenance" pop up all the time) but now it's ok!
