the app is good but only for one play once you get out of the app after downloading it it crashes and does not let you play the app anymore

This app will not open since the latest mac os update. (Iphone 6) I have tried what you suggest as a fix, it’s not working. Too bad. We enjoyed this game.

I love this game and have it on all three of my devices - iPhone and two iPads-all running version 11.2. All of a sudden, a month ago it stopped working on one of the iPads. The game would not open. I tried deleting the app from the iPad and re-installing it, but still it will not work. When I select the app, it starts to open and shows the Candywriter screen, then the device goes back to the Home screen. I starting emailing app support (Candywriter) mid January and got an automated response that they would get back to me shortly. That is the only time I have heard from them. I have emailed them two more times without any response at all - automated or not!! To make matters worse, I had paid for the premium version. All I want is to be able to play this game. Is that too much to ask? Game would get some stars, but customer service is a big fat ZERO!!

What happened to the notifications when it was your turn? Other than that I love the games. I am not able to start a new game. I am kicked out each time and have to reconnect to the game.

Updated my iPhone and now it won’t load after I exit out of it. I have to delete and reinstall if I want to play it. It wasn’t that way before the update! Ugh! Please update your app. I love playing this!

I have been playing these games for years and loved them until this past year. I have been trying to contact the company about the problems with requesting games and how it takes me offline for some reason. No one has returned emails or facebook and messenger comments.
