I can't access my account on my iPhone 6s, since update July 27th. Won't let me reset my password either. Where's my account????? I have ALOT of points!!!!! Frustrated!!!

Can't get past "Terms and Conditions" page

You can open the page and read them, but there is no way to do anything but close that page. And you're back on the same "Terms and Conditions" page again.

Censorship is so ridiculous, rampant and biased, it’s not worth even trying this Orwellian app. It’s only a tool for the developers to train humans to write opinions the developers fully promote. Sick. If you write anything other, you get the “violates terms and conditions” block message. Wish I could enter negative 1 star.

They never send you the gift card you’ve earned. I have been waiting on mine for 3 months and no one has helped me. You’re basically wasting your time.

Of all the survey sites I’ve tried, this is the one I like the best and I believe it has a lot of promise. However, it’s functionality is so abysmal at times that it’s a wonder it’s still available. It can be slow, it hangs constantly. This happens regardless of whether you use the app or you do the surveys on their website. So I suspect it has something to do with their side.

Why is the Amazon gift card not delivered digitally? Sending it through the mail is just such a slow process. I don’t want to wait 4-6 weeks for my reward. Either make gift cards digital or add Paypal as an option. If you guys did that then this would be the best survey app out there.

App has way too many errors

It’s frustrating with all the errors so I’m going back to doing these on a browser. Too bad, I had high hopes for it. Using an iPhone 8 so it really should work

This app is a scam

I took a survey which asked me very detail information. It lasted roughly 10-15 minutes and then I was randomly booted and told I no longer qualify to take the survey. I guess they got the data they were looking for for free. This is a huge scam and extremely sketchy. I was able to complete one survey which took about 10 minutes and was rewarded with 500 point which is the equivalent to about 30 cents on amazon. Definitely not worth it for the amount of time it took me. Do not use this app if you value your time or expect to be compensated for completing surveys. Not worth it in any sense.
