I gave it the extra star because I did enjoy taking surveys, but I saved up enough points to get a $50 amazon gift card and although I selected the reward several months ago it never came.
App doesn't work

Almost broke my phone out of frustration because each time you click log in, it'll send you to your email, and back to the app only for it to go through an endless cycle that'll make you question your life. Is it really worth this? No, not at all.

Interesting surveys but so little rewards for long surveys. They give you many points to make you feel like you earned a lot but those points worth very little. I’m about to give up.

I’ve had no problem getting movie gift cards, But it’s been Months and I still have not received my Amazon Gift card. Don’t offer this if you’re not going to send it out.

It pretty much boils down to a bunch of corporations getting your shopping, entertainment, and dining preferences with a few political opinion questions sprinkled in, that have nothing to do with anything controllable, to keep you going on whatever marketing scam they are running. I’ll admit to spending way too much time on the profile questions, hoping for it to end. It doesn’t end
