I just wanna talk and meet new people and create online friendships. Why do you need to know about my personal information? Seems way too sketchy for my taste. Deleting Yubo. Very unimpressed.

Listen- no matter what this app claims, you should never give your information out to apps like this. All they do is scam you. The people running the app are going to reply to this and say it’s not a scam, but you cannot listen to them. If you want your account verified, please find another way. This is not safe. The whole purpose of these apps is for identity theft. Please be safe online and never trust companies like this.

Honestly it’s really annoying how I have to use a document for my information. Why can’t I just enter it in? I’m just trying to get verified on yubo and I have to go up and get a document? You guys should really fix this. It’s really one of the biggest things wrong with this app. It’s a inconvenience to have to go and get a document. I wish I could just enter in my information. And the scammers are extremely slow. Overall I hate this app. It needs much improvement.

First off, it says 4+ yet you must be 13 (at least) to use Secondly, even if you’re 13 you must have an ID and a passport to continue using! Thirdly, it’s totally not necessary to use this to use Yubo! I could go on... I think it’s totally idiotic, and unnecessary!!

this app is the most blatant datamining i have ever seen. this is clearly just some scummy developers trying to trick young kids into releasing their private information so that they can sell it. quite frankly it’s disgusting.

Locked me out of my account for “failed attempt” and wrong pin, when I put in the extract same pin that I set up in the beginning of setting up the account. I know it was correct because I wrote it down to be sure.

honestly i’m just trying to verify my identity on yubo but it won’t take my face. like i put it up to make for about four minutes and it won’t scan it. i’ve tried multiple times in multiple different lighting and angles it just won’t scan my face!!

I downloaded this app to confirm my ID on Yubo... when uploading pictures of my license (which is legal and valid, by the way) i was prompted with multiple error messages saying the information was incorrect. This is a severe disadvantage which has turned me away from ever using this app.

I just downloaded Yubo yesterday and I saw in my profile settings that you had to verify with this app to get the yellow check mark thingie. So I downloaded this app and got passed the 5-digit password no problem. But then when I tried to fill out my info, it said I needed a physical ID card. I only have a permit so I used that. Two problems: 1, my card is made vertically but the scanner is horizontal. 2, I tried two times to get my card reviewed and both times they said that it wasn’t approved. What the heck is up with that?? Both pictures came out perfectly! It could be because my card is printed vertically but you can still clearly see the text. Why can’t I just enter my stuff manually?!? Having to take a picture of my card is SERIOUSLY STUPID AND UNNECESSARY. And, having to be verified on Yubo is also SERIOUSLY STUPID AND UNNECESSARY. But I think if we were able to enter our info manually, all of us would have a much better time, and you would have much better ratings and reviews. Facts. I hope you guys take this into consideration because at this rate, no one will download this app or Yubo. I will be deleting both or them. ?
