it won't let me add my license

im 17 in Florida. my license gets immediately declined, why???? it should let it. I've contacted support to no avail. please help fix this with me as i need to verify w Yoti ASAP

App is awful. No matter how straight and clear I get my DL in to the box, it still comes out fuzzy and only half a picture. I feel like it’s designed to go wrong.

I tried putting my drivers permit in and it wouldn’t let me. I tried at least ten times and it keeps saying it failed.

I attempted to submit a video 8 times!!!! Each time I had bright lighting and spoke clearly in a silent room. The app kept saying it couldn’t verify my identity. I would not recommend this app to anyone. It’s soooo much easier to carry your ID than wait for this horrible app.

I don’t understand why one needs to take a picture of a license to verify age

This app is extremely un-useful because it denies every form of proper documentation you send in. It’s annoying because you need it in order to be verified on certain apps. Definitely a no-go. Waste of my time.
