With all of the stresses of COVID-19 I think this will be an amazing tool to stay calm and to start integrating yoga into my life. I’m very happy with them not charging a lot during these times and I think it’s very helpful for someone who’s a beginner that’s wanting to learn more!

i discovered this app from instagram ads during quarantine and i started doing it..... IT SERIOUSLY BURNS. the instructor is relaxing and has a great accent and the models demonstrating are really good. it’s great for beginners and for losing weight and toning up (both of which i am) it’s easy to follow and completely free!

I’m obsessed with all apps that this company makes. I love this addition to my workout program! I start with my cardio 10K runner app, then do the push ups, great butt, great legs, great abs apps, and end with yoga that stretches and relaxes! Very grateful they’ve made such a great yoga app free!


Beginner-easy???

I like this app so far and love that it is free. My only complaint is that the “beginner-easy” class is not totally beginner. The teacher asks you to do plow, candle and bridge poses. None of which I would consider beginner-easy poses. He does offer a modification for the bridge pose, which is a good thing. I’ll keep going with the app because I miss my yoga classes and I do like the music and the voice of the teacher.
