Let's me squeeze yoga into busy mornings

Allows me to commit to a 15 min yoga routine in the mornings which I would on my own prolly not stick to. But with one click it's like I'm in a yoga studio without any of the hassle of getting there or having to commit to a 90 min class. With the app I choose the length of time. Thanks for creating!

I had joined a yoga studio about 10 months ago, so when someone told me about this app I, admittedly, thought it might be nice but probably not close to what I got in the studio. I was wrong. Each level and each flow is just perfect. I use this app a few times a week now to supplement when I can't make it to a class. I've done 15 minutes up to 45 and the flow is always awesome and exactly what I need. I don't know how they do it, but I love it!

I can't say enough good things about Down Dog. Being able to customize a bit of your practice is awesome. It's not your run of the mill yoga video. The series are great and instructions are even better. Thank you for making this app!
