It's the only option

If you buy a Rocam, this app appears to be the only option. I give 3 stars because the app does a lot of what it's designed to do, but there are some issues. Here they are: --poor English. Labels and descriptions are not very good and are confusing because the best English descriptors are not being used. --design is lacking a nice flow and fit. Everything is kind of crammed in to fit. Functional but not a good design. --I'm having issues with some functionality. App seems to have a mind of its own. When I set the Time zone to Mountain Time, it accepts the change, but a few minutes later it changes itself back to something else. When I turn the alarm sound off, it always turns it back on. So if I have the motion detector turned on, it makes the alarm sound every time the motion detector gets tripped. --this last issue could be a problem with the camera and not the app. I'm not sure. But, when the motion detector is turned on, the alarm gets tripped constantly, even by nothing, it seems. So, I cannot use the motion detector to alert me or to record because I'm getting dozens of false alarms within one hour. This app or camera have a lot of issues. I do like the camera. Everything else functions very well. Just wish they'd fix these issues.
Frustrating

When you buy the rocam this app is the only option you have to view it from. The app will not connect much of the time. When it does connect it disconnects almost immediately. It almost never works. It is extremely frustrating and a waste of money. By the time I figured out that it was not operator error but rather the viewing application it was too late to return the expensive camera.
Awful UI & poor connectivity

The app is pretty poorly designed with limited options to diagnose issues with the camera. The app connection worked for the first month or so and then is always showing that the device is offline. There is no way to delete the original camera profile and re-add the device to see if that fixes the problem. All in all, a waste of $.

It works but lacking common sense features. It will be nice to get a alert/text on my iPhone instead of going email to see if I have an alert
New update is terrible
Awesomely entertaining
I use this as my baby cam, but hate the new update as it took away the arrows on the sides of the screen that lets me easily adjust camera angle. Please put them back!
My cameras don't connect

I just did the update and my cameras don't connect anymore. I deleted them and re added them. Nothing.

Completely useless camera now that the app updated. Camera struggles to stay connected to the app over WIFI and the ability of moving the camera is garbage at best! Go back to old app or you lost another customer! Crap app!!
Update disables camera

This is our baby monitor, and since the update on 1/30/16, it no longer works. The camera just spins and the app keeps connecting/disconnecting. Anyone have a link to customer support?
After the update the camera does not connect anymore

After the January 30th 2016 update the camera does not connect anymore. Also if the other reviews are correct please bring back the direction arrows.
