New software update terrible

You took away arrow controls, camera is now uncontrollable. What the heck are you thinking? Camera useless, going into the trash. Idiotic. Shame on you.

I loved my cameras before the update. Now I can't connect and I have lost the ability to control the cameras. I use this for my baby monitor. Please fix soon!!

The application was very bad before update now its useless i couldnt use cams all the time connecting or seems offline please do your best or dont update the software

After the update my camera stopped working it won't even connect and doesn't give me a live feed, how do I get the older version back??

Terrible since the upgrade. Please go back to old app! Will be returning camera if not.

Maybe I don't have the update that others are having trouble with since I just got my cameras? I can connect fine. Swiping on the mobile app moves the camera a little too much (too far) but other than that, it's great for the price of the camera. Computer program is better for controlling the camera but I don't often take my computer when I leave the house.

My camera doesn't work anymore. Are you guys looking at these reviews?! Fix this please. And ps... My view (when it worked) is always upside down.
