App crashes after I gave my bank info
Not a happy Yeti
App continues to crash upon reopening.. Right after I entered my bank information the app crashed and will not reset. I’m concerned for my security and WILL NOT suggest this app to my friends and family. In fact, I will actively share my terrible experience with this app to all my friends, family, and social media outlets.
Use as much as other on demand services!

Great service, great concept! As a single 30 something female, I hate shoveling out my car multiple times during storms. This app saves me the hassle and time of digging myself out. Wish it existed in 2015, when I had to shovel out of the apocalypse of snow in Boston. Super user friendly and love the graphics and colors!
Nobody showed up, never heard anything

Got a wait time of 8 hours. Fine, took public transportation and waited at work. Then got a blank estimate time. Tried to reach out through the app and twitter and never heard anything. Poor way to run a business.

Used Yeti Last year and very much enjoyed the service. Quick, easy transactions with before and after pictures of my car. Can’t wait to use again so I can sit nice and cozy inside on the couch while someone else does all the hard work for me! Couldn’t be any easier...

This app has saved me so much time and energy! The Yeti snow clearing service also makes for a great gift to your friends and family members, especially the older ones. Life gets busy and this is just one less thing I need to worry about thanks to the before and after pictures.
About time there was an app for this!

Used Yeti for the first time last weekend and was an instant fan. Super simple, the Yeti showed up maybe 30 minutes after I placed my order and did a great job clearing my car. Does everything it says on the tin, highly recommend.

I was very excited to download this app. I was told an 8 hour estimate. Then my workplace decided to open. So I tried to cancel and they said sorry you already have a yeti assigned. I have contacted them a dozen times; asking them to call me to cancel the order and the app keeps saying will be right back to you but nobody has responded to either my email or my phone number. There will be no car when the Yeti arrives but I will probably still have to pay. There is no phone number anywhere in order to contact them. There’s a great concept here and I’m very excited about when it actually works but right now I’m so incredibly disappointed that I just spent $32 for Nothing. I will adjust this rating when I speak with someone.

If you live in any of the areas this app services and have street parking, you probably get stuck in snow a lot. I hate shoveling, plus Im 5 foot nothing and its just plain HARD. These guys totally saved me. Thank you!!

Set my shoveling up at 7:49am this morning. The app told me all Yeti shovelers were busy and the estimated was 6 hours for my car to be clear. I just checked the app and my car is cleaned already at 9:11am!! Fantastic job!! Well worth the nominal fee!!! You All Rock!!
