Great translation app; my respect to the developers. In fact, I have practically switched from using Google Translate in favor of Yandex. Having said this, I would love to be able to synchronize the bookmarked ''favorites'' across all my devices via the iCloud. It would become truly an ''essential'' app, in learning a foreign language.

I like this app very much, specially the fact there is audio for Hebrew. I tried both Google and Microsoft translators and they don't have it. Would be very cool if Yandex adds Spanish-Hebrew, or English-Hebrew as an offline download. ~thanks!

I'm in the process of learning Czech and this is a really helpful translation app. I've tried Google Translate in the past but it really struggles with Slavic languages it seems, as well as having a large number of erroneous translations (English input: "She is fast"; Czech output: "She is very simple"). Yandex however does a great job and does it with a good degree of style. There are also a lot of nice touches like being able to swipe to delete or rewind a translation. It's lost a point as it does need a bit of handholding with diacritics, struggling when your e's are not ě's and your i's are not í's but overall this is a very easy to recommend app.
Love this app! Yandex is upscale for smartphones!

These folks are incredible. Better than any one American company. I have used many and I mean many apps and have just been swept away here. Even the language accents and symbols have been on point. My Nana always said if you want to be able to learn another language, first you must learn your own. I have since downloaded other Yandex products and they are so reliable that the native iPhone apps have been replaced. Try the browser and say "bye bye Google" Thanks Yandex!

People pretending to have a larger vocabulary in another language- It translates well enough to be understood, and sometimes seem better than you are. Which could prove risky if you're found out by the native speaker in person. In this way it may be bad, and for the reason of it making you look too good I have to take away one star.

This app is much smaller and faster than the competition. It still works reliably on my iPhone 5 and has offline translation capabilities. Keep up the good work!
