Very bad for service! I've been using this app for three years. It was good at first, but now it's a very bad experience! I bought fresh oranges, but they gave me same moldy oranges. I ordered the Korean golden pears, they sent Chinese Ya pear. Because ya pear cheap than Korean golden pear! They only have one supermarket to supply, but they pretend not to know which supermarket to deliver??!! they are all shirking responsibility!

Moved from the city to a rural area. This app became an important way for us to get Chinese sauce, spices, and snacks. The app does run slow when loading pictures.

They deliver outdated food. The vegetable I received is trash. They also sell your number to scammers.
Beware Of Possible Identity Theft

Ordered a few things off their website and was prompted to download their app to get the discounts that were advertised. I provided my credit card information at check out and the order was pending. This is where it gets sketchy...an hour later I received an email from asking for me to “ Please provide the picture of your payment card and your ID/Driver license or Passport.” I promptly ask them to cancel my order because I was definitely not sending that sensitive information over. Please beware.

They asked for ID verification after I ordered $50 worth off drinks. It was odd but I guess I like their safety procedures. Don’t worry, they ask you to blur out everything but your name.
