The assistant doesn’t do anything, she(he) just ignores my questions and push my concerns to other people which I cannot reach, rather than solve the problem straightforwardly. So definitely not going to use this app any more, plenty of other websites out there, why choose this confused one. BTW, the most confusing and unreasonable feature is that when I was trying to submit my concern of the assistants to the admin of this app, it goes through the assistants itself first before reaching upper levels. I don’t get it, most apps like amazon doesn’t do that, and I think they(and us) all know why.
