A-1 Service

Hobby Guy

I have used Yale cleaners for 10 yrs, primarily 91st & Yale and wish more businesses ran this efficiently. The few problems I have had with my clothes have been resolved by the manager in a professional manner. Their coupon program is great. The only thing I would add is allowing the coupons I get in the mail to be available on my Yale app. Keep up the great job!

Please Fix!!!

I can't log in and every time I do the app crashes! I think it sounds great, but wish it would work for me!

Difficult to even set up!

stoptakingallthenicknames

They make a simple app as difficult to start as possible. No password recovery for forgotten passwords (unless you go in person to ask an associate for help)...no easy account setup (unless going there in person recently)... I'm sure once I can actually get IN the app it'll be quite nice, but I'll let you know next month when I've finally jumped through all the hoops...

Unreal

CarlSalazar29

AWFUL. Why would they even make an app if it is going to be this terrible?

Some bugs

Bixby OK

Works well overall but crashes when you try to select a type of stain under "special care."

New version broken

New version is terrible. Asks for login or setup each time you open app!

Over priced

LousyNotes

Have to create an account to do anything. Have to have a receipt already to do anything. Deleted irritated again with over prices over coupon nuts cleaners. Reasonable with coupons but I feel they are gouging you without one.

Incredible App

I love this app, it totally changes the dry cleaning experience! Coupons save you a tone of money. I really like mark the spot, it’s so easy to communicate stains and missing buttons. It’s a must download.

Lost Groomsman’s pants

drmorris25

I brought 6 pairs of linen pants and one suit jacket to be ironed for my sons wedding party on a Monday morning. I went back at 4 to pick them up. The lady said all but one pair wasn’t ready. I told her I’d be back after 5 and I’d pick them all up together. When I went back she hung all of the stuff in my car. Fast forward to wedding day the next Sunday. My son was packing up his car and realized they shorted us a pair of pants. The pants were all ordered online from Perry Ellis and cost $90 and then they were all brought to a seamstress for alterations which cost an additional $40. We went into panic mode. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone at Yale cleaners . We searched the website for an emergency number, my husband drove to the store hoping he’d find an employee there. He did not so he then drove to the corporate office. My daughter found a girl on FB who had posted “This Bish just got a job at Yale Cleaners”. She told her our situation and she said she would try to get a hold of that store manager. (She never mentioned an emergency number she also never got back to us). We searched for the pants at the mall and thankfully Dillard’s had the identical pants and we had to do the hemming ourself, forget the tapered leg, that wasn’t happening 2 hours before the ceremony. On Monday I spoke to Jennifer the store manager (91st and Aspen in BA)the pants were in the lost pile and she told me I can have them. I told her they have been replaced and they should have to pay for the replacement pair and the alterations. She called her district manager who said since they have an emergency number on their website that we could’ve called and they would’ve sent someone to locate the pants that’s all they can do is return the pants to us and give us a $25 gift certificate. I have since gone to their website again to locate this emergency number and it is not anywhere to be found. I called Linda Shoeman the district manager and left her a message 4 days ago. She never returned my call. My Husband has been a loyal customer for 35 years. We are now looking for a new cleaners to do business with. I know accidents happen but lying about the emergency number and then not returning my call is unacceptable.
