I received an email January 6 of this year (The last email I have gotten on my email)Telling me that I need to upgrade my Yahoo Mail because I’ve been ignoring their emails. I haven’t received any other emails after that. I even emailed myself didn’t even get that email. I tried to get help but had to pay a monthly fee to get help. I should not have to pay to get help on my own email account. Absolutely ridiculous I will not be using Yahoo Mail ever again!

Since the recent update, haven’t gotten any notifications.

The app has been great for years. But with the new update, I haven’t gotten a single notification. I checked my iPhone settings, and the settings within the app, and there’s been no changes, just that the app updated and the notifications stopped. Please fix the app, I don’t want to move to another platform. Update: notifications seem to be working again. Don’t know what happened, I don’t think the app updated, maybe it was an apple issue… Anyway, back to happy with this app.

I can’t stand this app! I’ve been getting my Yahoo mail through Gmail and that is a LOT better! Well, today I went to log into my email through another device. I forgot my password. No problem, let’s reset it. I did but they didn’t ask me to re-enter my password to show that I entered it correctly. When I went to sign in with my new password, of course it’s wrong because I hit a wrong letter. So, I try to reset it again and it locked me out for 24 hours!!! I’m beyond mad right now I can’t even think straight! If I haven’t had this email for years, I would just dump it altogether. Unfortunately, my email is tied to everything so I can’t change it.
Yahoo lost all my contacts! Will not pay for yahoo!!!
