My emails go missing

katelynn heart

Sometimes my emails go missing. I also don’t like how it stacks emails together. It makes things impossible to find! But emails do go missing, as in gone.

What’s up

old and crippled but not dead

Don’t want ads I didn’t ask for and you want me to pay you to remove them. Not the American way I grew up in through the 50’s and 60’s ! Remove these / all ads, without charge! I’m on SSI. Have a heart! You have my heart☝️??

Great if you like invasive ads

I pay for a small biz account with Yahoo and despite that still have to see ads. Not only ads, but ads based on some of my activity, which feels very invasive. I’m switching website hosts because of this.

Yahoo news

EEREWEED

The news topics aren’t news worthy. It’s like watching E channel news, but your reading instead. Very dumb.

Angry customer

Claudetteh

I pay for this app so I’m not self entitled! I have the mobile yahoo plus subscription and I’m supposed to receive telephone support, but there is no way to get phone support. Then when you try to get yahoo chat support they tell you to go to the App Store developer, which puts you right back to yahoo chat support. So, apparently if you pay for this app and have a problem you cannot get support. I use this on my iPhone and on iPad Air. The app works exactly as described with all the features shown in the App Store and on yahoo pages on the iPhone, but on the iPad you don’t get any features. The iPad is missing yahoo today, package delivery, groceries and etc. this is very inconvenient. It shows in the App Store these features for the iPad, so there is no excuse as to why I shouldn’t get them. For now if you’re considering getting a subscription to yahoo and one of the driving factors is being able to receive support, I would say skip it and and stay free!

Ridiculous amount of ads

I unsubscribe from so many ads multiple times a week and it doesn't work most of the time. I continue to receive emails well over the time they promise to remove me from the mailing list.
