My grandparents don’t live near a pick up location the app is forcing me to chose from when there is one in there town but it doesn’t allow me to select it so now they must travel 3 hours for the closest one very inconvenient why could it just let me select the one in there town.
It claims to be the easiest but its the hardest

I tried to send money for about an hour and it never sent it. I was already logged in my bank accounts were already linked and verified then at the moment of sending it asked me log in again I logged in they asked to send me a text I accepted received the text my phone automatically inputs the code. Xoom accepted it then they asked to send me another code I received the code and input then they say identity verified then 2 seconds after it says we cannot verify your account I tried more times not successful then tried on my PC same problem but a little different saying my account couldn’t be verified even though my account has been linked and verified since before

Unable to resolve issues with a money transfer. They kept telling me it was with PayPal. PayPal said it was their issue. VERY FRUSTRATING
App has been glitchy for months now.

Xoom app has been glitchy, the authentication Dosent allow you to logon...it as for verification and we get SMS...it’s a repeat cycle. Through the service on web version on a desktop is great.
