Please stop the advertising and commercial videos before an article. Annoying, time consuming, and not not wanted when trying to read an article. Thank you,

Get an alert: breaking news: Really? By the time I search through all local and previous news not to mention the ads you finally find what is breaking news. Sometimes I get so discouraged just quit, I feel if it was really important you would have made it a heck of lot easier to find. Very frustrating. LOL I think the news now a days is frustrating, that’s generally speaking.

And I am being very nice! This app is horrible. It crashes and when you look at a video you hear the voices over the same voices playing. The weather radar doesn’t update and crashes.

Trying to read a story is a pain in the butt on this app. When I open the app It will take a while for it to load. Once it loads I can start to scroll through the article then a pop up appears and I have to close it. After I close it it will bring me back to the top of the article. By this time I have spent almost 3 minutes trying to read the article (which I don’t care about the story anymore or care to read). The app is great for push notifications that’s about it. I just wish I could read the articles

Channel 4 WWL TV has a long history in New Orleans. It's been a mainstay for me for many years. Sally Ann & Eric are synonymous with class and culture. I'm missing Sally Ann since her retirement but I'm happy to see Sheba has joined the team. Thanks for all the excellent news and cultural coverage of our great city and its people. Heartfelt memories of Frank Davis. Thanks for all you do WWL. Keep up the great work. M Hoffmeister
