All stories are simply transcriptions of tv stories, with no editing for the written word. Combined with an iffy app platform that's full of ads, and I'd call it below average.

I love this app and use it often. However, during Harvey coverage, I get pop-ups about 'Live' updates. When I go to WWL or WUPL, nothing. Regular programming still on. What's the point of the notification if I cannot see it on TV?
