Way too many alerts

This app will send enough daily alerts to show up in your battery usage reports, even if you don’t open the app. Overkill to the extreme.
Marginal Interactive radar

Your new interactive radar doesn’t work half as well as the one you had before. It was hard to learn and harder to get radar from different areas of the state or the whole nation. What’s up?

The screen refresh returning to the top is really annoying. Now videos and ads auto play sometimes with audio when the phone is on silent. I have auto play disabled, but that obviously isn’t working correct. Update 8/1/19 No issues have been resolved. Was trying to read an article at work with my phone on silent. An Ad auto plays with volume... Why is this still a problem. Maybe the open source app they are using? Does WTHR even have anything to do with the app?
