Disappointing

Since I upgraded devices I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app bc it wouldn’t work for several days. This is the only news app I’ve ever had, but it looks like that will change since I can’t get anything to load when I open your app. After I reinstall it, the app works for about a day, then won’t load any content. I love your news station, but if you aren’t willing to pay people to develop and maintain your app, then maybe you should reconsider having that app. I’m 30 years old and have never had a different news app, until now bc your content won’t load and I need things like my weather and news! Hoping you fix soon....

I don’t know why, perhaps the updates, but this app wants to freeze up constantly. I’ve deleted it, restarted it......but It just isn’t functional anymore! Too bad, I like WTHR.

Ever since Apple updated their software to iOS 12, the app doesn’t give notifications. I have contacted WTHR, many times, with no response. None of the settings have changed, notifications are turned on, but no notifications come through. They don’t seem to care that thousands of people are not getting their notifications anymore. Part of having a good app is also providing good customer contact.
Ad swipe rarely works.

App is junk. Says to swipe up to remove the ads and have to swipe about 20 times if it even works at all. Also the app is very slow to respond. When you open it the wheel just constantly spins and it does nothing. Not worth the time to mess with.

I upgraded my phone and since then, I have uninstall and reinstall the app because I can’t dismiss the advertisement. I am ready permanently uninstall because of this.

I’m not sure what’s happened but this app won’t load and I haven’t seen any updates to fix it. This used to be my go to news app.

Improve Notifications

Enjoy the stories from WTHR and following the local Indy news but can you add more notification settings? I'm tired of every Silver Alert, Amber Alert, and hit and run being "breaking news".

Garbage. Continuously freezes

Don’t bother downloading. They’ve recently updated the app and it constantly freezes. By the time it loads, the “breaking news” they’ve sent you a notification about, is old news!
