Having a MAJOR issue

I’ve had this app for a couple of days and it was amazing but now it won’t let me make a new project please tell me is this is just an app error or if its fixable

The app is great for editing and all, but when i try to export a video that’s over 5 minutes, it gets stuck at 5% and i have waited hours for the video to export but it won’t work.

Can’t Save Video

First let me say I love this app because it’s so cool and nice. It’s easy to operate and fun to use. BUT, I don’t understand how I’m able to do all of this great stuff but every time I try to save it, the app crashes. I’ve tried everything from restarting the iPad and re-downloading but it keeps crashing. It’s annoying and it makes me want to delete it.

Okay, this is just not good. You can only do 3 projects before you HAVE to get the fancy pants subscription which I personally didn’t get. This app is not something I would recommend to anyone else. ???????????? I really like Splice by GoPro, check it out.

First off I never leave reviews (and this is more like info to the developer). I use an iPhone X, iOS fully updated and I am tech savvy. When I can’t even get to the videos on my phone to import to try, you have a UI issue. I would love to try this but I can’t with this issue. The photo roll should be in the list of sources and it should always be at the top.
