Keeps freezing and shows wrong score

This gane is ok, but keeps freezing saying it needs data from server, so you lose the game because all your time is taken. Also a couple of times it submitted a score ofn0 when I actually played the game and had a score.

Times out and takes your bet and company does not refund, I already called and they said they would have to have a ticket # for each game although they can pull it up And go through records of when it times Out

My experience with this app was as bad as it gets. As it has been for many many others. Enjoyed the game play but upon winning my first tournament, was told I broke the terms agreement by “cheating”. Then my account was deleted and banned. So basically if you win anything of value, you are told you must have cheated to so. This is a common occurrence on here and a class action lawsuit is already underway. Fake players and scores, do not pay out winners of and significance, no response from support=complete bs of an app. Stay far away from these scammers.

Where is player services?? I can’t find how to contact and it’s upsetting. Lost my entry fee when game crashed. Match said it’s processing for days now.
