Can’t download update

Idahopus

Opened the app today and it says I must download the latest version and gives me a button to press. So I press the button and it takes me to the App Store where I have no option to download the latest version. Seriously?

Don't expect to win.

Botshanic

Even when you high score, and think no one can beat this... someone will always beat you unless you're playing the 33 cent ones.. then you almost always win. I don't think it's very legit.

Horrible

I downloaded it for fun, I do enjoy card games. Not obsessive, but when I have an extra couple of bucks it can be fun. Customer Service is rude, takes forever for a respond, and randomly lock you out of the account. My experience, they had an issue with my card. Apparently they glitched and kept trying to the card. Without an email or notification I went to log on and was locked out completely. Any winnings I had, money I spent, the extra 50 they took from off my MasterCard, I haven’t had access. When I asked to refund my money from what I spent, and just move on.. I was told “NO, you’re not entitled to it back” and than asked “do you want your account unlocked or not?”. I explained I didn’t feel safe on the account anymore, just wanted my money back and it can stay closed as I don’t want to continue playing; they just kept it close and stopped communicating. Had to go through my bank. Disputing now. Game also closes out randomly during challenges and doesn’t reimburse.

Not happy

I've been playing for 3 days now and I got hooked. Next time I logged on, it told me "I'm sorry, your state does not allow games for cash" well I'm from Texas and that state is not listed on the excluded states and I don't understand why it would let me invest $30 and play for 3 days and then randomly ban me from it. #BullCrap

Legitimate scam app; DO NOT WASTE MONEY

Hawk gold

The games are fun and addicting, to be sure. But if you want to play big money games with a limited number of players, you get to play an initial game. If you want to play more tries to better your score within the same initial limited player game, you have to spend the same amount of money to do so. All of that is fine, except the fact that you are not playing the EXACT same game (with same game settings and conditions) as your opponents are. Case in point: Wheel if Fortune. You spend $5 to play a game with a total cash jackpot of $100 that approximately 10 out of 25 people will get a share of. You play the first game and score 10,000 points. Game ends and you compare your score to others that have decided to participate within the same game that was started at a specific time (it has a time stamp). If you want to better your score to get a bigger share of the jackpot, then you can spend another $5. And what happens...? You get a different game than the one you just played which may or may have the certain conditions that you need (like lots of letters or the wheel landing on a $1000 space and guessing two or three letters) to better the score that a) you just got and b) of the high scorer on that particular game. The developers say that there’s no gambling involved but that’s a pretty good example to me. Wheel of Fortune is setup to give you puzzles that someone else who’s platting your particular time stamped game may not get. It’s the luck of the draw because you ARE NOT getting to compete on the SAME PUZZLES as others who are all competing for the same cash payout. Don’t let them fool you. I’m sure they’ll come up with generalizations to this to justify this. I played Sparcade extensively and now this and this version of Wheel of Fortune is most assuredly setup to steal your money. The version on Sparcade was actually fair because competitions were based on ONE PUZZLE.

Might As Well Be Slots

Sure, you’ll have fun and might win a game here and there but your balance will quickly decline. It has “Fair Matching” which, to me, now means I can’t play a 2-player game of my favorite for the lowest price any more - because of fair matching. Now I have to pay more to play against more players, thereby decreasing my odds of winner that much more. Stick to the free version! Take it from me - a serious online gamer! I love the games but it is set up so that you won’t win overall. Just when you get a great score, miraculously someone else will do better. Guaranteed. EDIT TO ADD AFTER DEVELOPER REPLY::: oh knock it off, already. This is a scam, through and through. There is NO WAY I lost so consistently that I NEVER went up. Never. Not once. I’m convinced you use bots.
