I recently started the Six Week Sprint Solution and needed an easy, customizable timer. This is it exactly. Yeah, I wish I could delete their workouts, but that's so minor as to barely register. This app is perfect for my needs.

I could not be happier with this app. The design is clean and easy to see while I'm exercising. The workouts were easy to customize, and there is a variety of selections of voices and tones. A lot of time was spent developing this app clearly, and it is top notch!

Really enjoyed the user friendly interface. Set up my workout quick and she told me when to go and rest while my music was playing.

I downloaded several of the free interval timer apps and this is the one I kept. + I like that this app allows me to create a custom workout the option to chose the number of times I want to repeat a circuit. - I wish I could choose “split” exercises for R/L, so I didn’t have to duplicate the exercise when creating a workout. Not huge, but I think it’d make it a bit more convenient.

Takes the guess out of working out for those of us who don't really know what we're doing. Loved the out loud commands so you don't have to keep looking at the clock and exercises. I'm optimistic about this!!
