Very flexible. Can include extended “titles” for each workout segment, which are text-to-voice read to you to remind you what to do. One minor glitch - the app sometimes pauses when the phone is rotated. Follow-up—- haven’t been able to replicate the glitch. Working fine now.

Hi, I love this app it works perfectly and there are sets of workouts to choose, but there aren’t so many of them and I hope to see more in future updates. I would suggest to put in a statistic tab to motivate people. Love your apppppp!!

Takes the guess out of working out for those of us who don't really know what we're doing. Loved the out loud commands so you don't have to keep looking at the clock and exercises. I'm optimistic about this!!

Perfect app to get me started in 2018, plan, count and almost be a coach that I programmed myself. Love it! Wish I can add more customization around skipping workout, grouping, labeling, tracking results, heart rate, days hours workout, schedule. As a former pro athlete and now product manager for analytics and data products can suggest something you can take and win.

This app does everything I need to get in great, complicated workouts on my bicycle, indoors or out. Outside, I put my phone out of sight and don’t use earbuds, but can still hear the music and prompts.

This apps is off the chain !! It have helped me a lot in my intervals of timing of exercising to one position to another and it gives me my exact minutes left as well as picking up the pace as the music I set starts to pic up the pace and for my rest period as I check my heart rate as I march and start back again. It’s 100 and 360!!! 100 truths and 360 of all you need. ????
