Yes, technically they do offer some free workouts, but the vast majority are paid. So in actuality, to really use this app beyond a day or two, you’ll need to,pay. Typical old bait and switch used by so many apps these days and ethically dishonest. Deleted.

Custom workout easy to create compared to other apps. Good for HIIT. Even adding a workout that’s not in the apps is possible.

I love this app! It has different levels of workouts. So as a beginner you can start off right and work yourself up and this app help perfectly with that!

great - from stretching to anaerobic. proof that really all you need is a floor ( and a kettle bell ) , and some incentive.

I really like this app! It's not overly complicated and the workouts are definitely challenging. I'd like to see more cardio based workouts (there's currently only one), but overall it's really good.

Very clean design and highly user friendly. Pre-sets are well thought through. Wish they add the work out history. But other than that I really love this app. Well done!
