It’s not loading up

Just downloaded the app and it hasn’t loaded up just has a spinning load circle

When I go to sign in, it says it’s taking me to the organizations sign in, then it brings me back to the sign in options between native and single. App needs to be fixed so I can access my account.

Aye so I’ll just keep it brief and simple. I won’t change my rating and review until these changes have been made. Otherwise, I don’t care. I’ve made innumerable attempts to login, download and re-download, contact WorkDay themselves and to no avail was I able to gain access into my WorkDay account. I am only able to login to WorkDay through the access terminal at my job but it entirely defeats the purpose of the app if the only time I can view my paychecks and work related items at work instead of on the go. To no reason should my username and password not work and the message, “Invalid user name or password, please try again. Note: You may not be able to change or reset your password from Workday if your account uses a corporate password. ” reads even though it’s the same user and password at my job. It was simpler when my job didn’t partner with WorkDay as I can actually view my payroll.

Great app I can use this app just about anywhere on my cell phone. Easy to use I’m able to request time off from work wherever I’m at and check my schedule, Check my hours.
Great App, Very Useful For Work

App works really well and is very easy to use. One thing that could be improved on iPhones with Face ID is the button “Next” when confirming a clock in or out is too low, so the phone often mistakes it for you wanting to swipe up. Otherwise, really good app.
