why can’t I get any app support?

ChrisaAnthemum

The support page on their website is a dumpster fire. I want to know why I can’t sync my work schedule with my phone’s calendar, and I can’t find a single resource online. There’s no technical support, only sales? And you have to fill out a form with personal information in order to submit a request to speak with sales? It all seems intentionally obtuse.

Unreliable

panera112234

App is very unreliable, I can’t fulfill actions imperative for my company. Any time I try I am prompted with a message saying I need to update the app but it is updated, and my iPhone is updated to the latest software, unacceptable.

Site

The site is terrible. Have to do things repeatedly IF you get it connect at all.

The workday app is too hard for PCAs to understand to work and management has problems as well helping PCAs figure out how to manage the Workday app

Great Tool

MSKORPIO

I wasn’t sure I’d like it in the beginning. But, after using Workday for a while I find it to be an excellent app. It’s easy to navigate and has everything I need, which decreases my need to contact the HR Department.

This is the worst app ever.

omfgfixthis

This app is awful. It constantly logged you out and then swears up and down your password is not correct even though you know darn well it is. Then it asked you three security questions and you didn’t even set up so then you automatically get it wrong ?

Back to completely useless

Sick of advertising

After the last update, once again I cannot get into the appLICATION. It keeps insisting my information is incorrect. Rating of -ထ
