I used to like this game, but recently when I start it, it just hangs before loading the game.

It hardly updates and has a lot of bugs. If you disconnect Facebook™ it will not ask to connect to it again. Other then that I love it. I emailed the creators and never got a reply. I checked my junk mail also and no reply after several weeks. Sadness.
Loss of points and hints.

It’s happened again. I lost over 2000 in coins and over 1900 hints. Now I can’t even play daily or weekly puzzles until I win 10 games. I about to give up on this game in my morning ritual.
