Your most recent update is disgusting! You have ruined my favorite game. It keeps freezing, and all moves take way too much time to register. I won’t play again until you fix this.

The game shows someone has played,but when tapping on WWF, a blank blue screen shows up. What gives? Fix it! I have been trying all day to get into the game! When I tap on WWF logo it goes to the blue screen with the friends in different languages, it stays there and then reverts back to the original screen. WHAT IS GOING ON? HELP!

I LOVE ❤️ playing WWF2! But every week the total points expected grows higher! PLEASE reduce total points to 30,000, which is so much more reasonable than 55,330. It’s taken pleasure out of the game & has just added stress, just to achieve a badge. Please?

WTHIGO???

Have had Words for some time now and love it! Yesterday an automatic upgrade installed itself and I have been unable to open the game since.... After much soul searching and questioning friends I broke down and installed Words 2... Only to have a pop up tell me My system must be 10 point something so I checked and the on my iPad it is 9.3.5 and that no system updates are needed...anyway Words2 will not open and Words is apparently just GONE ! I am ticked at Zynga!

Here we go again: new update immediately ruins performance - delays/lags, etc. Someone should remind the developers again not to skip testing. Are the developers paying attention to these posted reviews? The latest update has caused significant problems for many users. Inexcusable that this was missed before the release. WWF went from great to unusable. Should get zero stars.

Ever since I downloaded this “new” version, the ads that pop up after you play, are freezing. I have to completely close down the app to unfreeze it. Boring!!! I am using a brand new, updated iPad so it is not my equipment! Fix this!

Repeatedly crashing after several years of happy playing, the game was deleted & reloaded. Now I see why this was "necessary": Several years ago I'd paid about $10 for a lifetime free of ads. Now I am asked to fork over $30 for this same freedom from ads. The heck with it; you can keep your game. UPDATE: Since the above was written the game has reappeared pretty much intact (ongoing games, ad-free). I, too, would like to know what the new 50,000 words are besides "doh" & "ew." There are words in the fiber world that are old but current (cria, takli, diz, & sley, for example) that should be in the lexicon. And why not "buoyed"? I can't speak to the "free-trade" option, but it seems ridiculously unsportsmanlike to me.

Since this last update, now NOTHING loads at all!!! Just stays on the blue background with snowflakes screen, LITERALLY!!! Please fix this ASAP!!! This is for iOS.

I hesitated to upgrade to Words 2 and then I see you updated it for me. This new version is slow, freezes and I can’t wait to see what else is wrong with it. I love the game but updating without having all the bugs worked out is stupid

How many WWF games are out there? 3 stars because I like the clean, simple original design of whatever version I am now using, and the helpful red warning box when a word won’t work. That said, $29.99 for no ads? When I paid $9.99 to get rid of ads in the first version? Terrible way to treat your customers! I don’t know if I now have the pay-to-cheat version. Sorry to say because I love the WWF game itself. A warning: as another reviewer mentioned, beware of (chat) scammers (working on oil rig, flatters you, etc., etc.) trying to get your money. If anything seems odd, just BLOCK them!
