Try so hard to enjoy the game and appreciate the video rewards. But my loading fails constantly and consistently. Force closing, off/on, log out and even reloading the game doesn't work. It's so frustrating. And have no was to seek help. Hope this gets someone’s attention.

Every single time you take a turn you get a add. It is RIDICULOUS. It makes me want to delete the app. There is many more word games and I’m looking for a different one!

WWF is the only game I play on my phone. It’s interface is great. However, over the years, it has become this ridiculously bloated game filled with extras, ads to upgrade for premium prizes, ads for its own mini-games, stupidly long and unnecessary animations, and a “dictionary” that includes words that obviously aren’t (acronyms, proper names) and words WWF doesn’t even have a definition for. I paid for the ad free version long ago. Stop asking me to buy more stuff. Simplify this game to a more classic WWF.

I love the game bug lost it all kept freezing so I removed it. When I went back to retrieve, my games were all gone. And no help!!

This game has totally changed for the worse

The game is constantly updating the dictionary to allow new words that have no meaning. It literally says when you check the games dictionary that the word is allowed but has no definition. It also allows words from other languages, but not all languages? It’s ridiculous and has become not fun as you can just throw up any assortment of letters and who knows it might be a word!

I have played WWF since 2011 or 2012. You could say I’m addicted. Thus, when about 12-14 days ago the game went HAYWIRE, bringing up same games over and over, allowing one play on Duels and Lightning Round before booting you off (even though the other player(s) appeared to be playing just fine), you could say it was frustrating. All the people I was playing have now “defaulted” for timing out. The HELP team was of absolutely no help whatsoever, aside from repaying all the tokens etc. I have lost. Today is at least day 13 or 14 and the problem is still not resolved. Have tried everything, followed HELP instructions, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc. It is a shame that Zynga will lose a lot of business due to this issue, which they really don’t acknowledge other than to say “we’re working on it.” WHERE IS THEIR PR TEAM???? At least reach out to us to let us know we’re not imagining things. Piss poor job Zynga.
