Sexist Ads

I like WWF. I am disgusted by their ad choice. The inescapable ads for the game “Homescapes” uses unwanted pregnancy as a cheap way to get a reaction out of viewers. I’s sexist, inappropriate, and it’s a lived experience that causes distress to 50% of world. STOP PROMOTING A GAME THAT IS EXPLOITING THE IMAGE OF UNPLANNED PREGNANCY IN ITS AD CAMPAIGN. It is offensive and offputting to be confronted with the image of an abandoned prospective mother when all I want to do is play a game. I find these ads stressful and I will STOP PLAYING WWF while these ads persist.

SO MANY people are stating that they hate all the gimmicks and obnoxious “features” that have been added to the game over the past few years and to PLEASE take the game back to when it was enjoyable. Why do you continue to not only ignore your CUSTOMERS but to keep going in the opposite direction of adding even MORE obnoxious crap? Are you actively trying to kill WWF altogether? That’s the only explanation that makes any sense!!
What happened to words that used to be words?

Suddenly , Di, Je, med are no longer words yet you can see them on games that have been in process prior to the last update! I’m sure there are others that I haven’t yet encountered. Please fix. Also the new banner across the top telling me it is my turn to play is extremely annoying!

Game play is good, error-free and easy to learn Makes for an enjoyable game on any level. But, there is too much superfluous crap, with constant pokes for micro transactions and paid-for cheats. Plus all the annoying ‘games’ and ‘challenges’ that spoil what used to be a very simple focused interface. The game developers seem to be going out of their way to make sure you don’t actually play the game.
Disappointed in Home Scapes Ad

I am shocked and appalled at the latest ad for Home Scapes on Words with Friends. It depicts a pregnant woman catching her husband cheating, she makes the choice to divorce and ends up with a disastrous house. This is a disgusting representation and stereotype of women’s dependency on men. What are you thinking??
Changes to Solo games

So, yesterday I am playing a solo game and saw that the board had changed to 3L, 2L, 2P, 3P , which is ok. But, what is not ok is that it tells you you cannot play a word, because it is invalid, like the word, ONE, or BAG or any number of other words that are very much valid words. And, many of the points have changed on letters AND, when you have a blank tile, you don’t even have ALL of the alphabet to choose from! BIZARRE! I will not be playing it any longer. It makes NO sense!
Crashes too much

I don’t know what the problem is but everyone I play duels it crashes. Takes my play and does not let me play again because it used up my credit. What’s the point of waiting an hour and a half if when you try to use your game time and it crashes and says you used your chance. What a waste of duels! Seriously buggy.
Solo challenge

I always play the Solo challenge and yesterday I beat all of the opponents plus earned all 30 stars yet I didn’t get an extra mystery chest or the special badge. This is just not right.
