The worst selections of words

I have no idea where this app's country of origin is, but the words that the app uses is ridiculous. At least 30% of my words are rejected but it uses acronyms and suffixes such as AA and eme and uncommon ethnic words such as doven (which is the uncommon form of the word, most commonly used as Daven). Anyone with half a brain will be completely frustrated and exasperated by this app.

Doesn’t tally score correctly

If you play all your tiles first, you’re supposed to get the points for the tiles your opponent still has left. But it gives those points to the opponent. Have lost several close games over this disfunction. Overall fun game and addicting, but frustrating.

“Upgrade” crap is 1 Star

Remove this “upgrade” that I can’t remove and holds me hostage or I’ll delete the app. Has been going on for a month plus. 1 star reviews until you change

I would rate this game a 5 but, like a another person mentioned, why is this game allowing people who use the cheat methods to play folks that don’t. That make very little sense to me. I stopped playing for that reason.

What the heck happened? Where is solo play? “Practice” game is the pits. Playing is SO SLOW now and games just disappear. Whatever you did you ruined a perfectly good and popular app. FIX IT!!!!

An unremovable pop-up that tells me to UPDATE (I have) and then sends me to an entirely different version with bad reviews is Zynga’s way of promoting their new product? Just stop. We know you’ve had layoffs (some of my friends) and a really tough few years competing with the likes of Candy Crush but don’t SCREW WWF up!! It’s the only game intriguing to real adults. The new version looks lame. If I load it, it will be After the kinks are worked out and not because of your annoying high pressure pop up.

Slow and buggy in the past 6 months

I love this game and some of the game play features make it better then other in this category. But it now takes about 20 seconds to load a new game; if I switch apps and and come back I have to wait sone more. Or it just shuts down and I have to reload again. Also some ads take 30 seconds to load. WhY? Who would wait 30 seconds just for an ad? Who would buy an ad that took 30 seconds just to load? I have reviewed this before and gotten a nice note telling me to go to the Help features. It’s Zynga developers who need help saving this venerable game from decline. Btw I am on an iPhone 7 and have not had performance issues with other apps.

What a poor upgrade

My wife paid for the ad free version a long time ago. She simply loved this game. Upon receiving a new iPad this past holiday season she was forced to “upgrade” to a new version that is absolutely terrible. So sorry to see that Zynga is totally oblivious to the complaints of their customers and unwilling to provide the ad free platform so many of us paid for. Shameful.

App needs update to work with newest IOS
