Why is Zynga teasing us by allowing us to think we are getting Words with Friends Classic when it’s just Words with Friends 2? No matter how many times I download the app, realize it’s still WWF2, then delete & try again, same thing. Sad.

I enjoy the game but not sure how long I’ll last. I get ads nearly every single turn I play and $10 a month to get rid of them? No thanks. Give us the option to purchase the ad free version. Not just a temporary fix.

I love the Words, but the ads are too frequent and I listen to music and news while on my phone while I’m playing, and the horrible ads interfere with my listening. Please eliminate these disgusting ads!

Why do we have to watch so many ads, none which appeal to me. Also, when I hit the Full definition for a word, it takes me back to the game instead of to the definition. I would pay $20.00 a year not to have ads. $10.00 a month is too much.

Many 4 and 5 stars because people love the game itself but almost all complain about the ads and the “extras”. I may end up deleting after years of playing even though I love playing with my friends. I can play 4 games on my old paid version (which I kept on my old iPad) before I can play one game on the “new” version. It takes so long for the games to load. The animated ads drive me crazy, don’t mind the ones I can click out of with the X and go to the next game. You can’t even download a “paid/no ads” version. Obviously the new developers have not been long time users of the game.
Ads need to follow phone setting!

The game is great but the ads are incredibly annoying. What’s worse is they don’t obey your phone settings. If my phone is on silent, it shouldn’t make ANY NOISE, app or ad.

I love this game, but it has been super slow to load, and freezes sometimes. Super frustrating! I have tried all of the troubleshooting ideas, and nothing is working. I have also tried loading all of the other versions of the game and they all do the same thing. Maybe get rid of all the unnecessary badges and awards and such and go back to letting us play with our actual “Friends” and not have all kinds of things pop up. Make it simple! That might help. I don’t know, but please find a solution to this issue!
