I have my volume control OFF. How are you able to over-ride my personal phone settings and blast the volume during your ads? You should NOT be able to take control of my phone. Discontinue that immediately. I don’t even have the option to directly message you.

Now I remember why I quit playing this game. I thought I had one I paid for with no ads and pop up games. So annoying not worth playing.

I can’t play the game every time it closes and gives me an internal error

i love this game, but currently it is down....not sure if it’s due to their last upgrade, or if they are in the works of making a new one, but it simply isn’t working at all. it just closes out of itself on its own, and is down completely. i recommend downloading after they fix this. a lot of players are having the same experience. just to be sure, it isn’t my phone....every other app is working just fine, and i have all my updates done.

Used to enjoy this game. Got a new iPad and had to reinstall. I don't want to play with strangers. I don’t want prizes. I don’t want fancy sounds or stupid animation. Hate this!! Will have to delete. Miss the old original Words With Friends. Goodbye. ?
Commercials sound still on

Even with sound off on my phone, commercials still manage to play loudly on my phone. I literally have to turn the volume down on my phone every time it goes to a commercial. And those commercials for gardenscape need to be banned. Seriously.
Fake words

Computer challenge uses fake words that other players used, yet are in no dictionary or thesaurus, but when you try to use the same word you are told it is not a valid word. Complete bs!
