I agree with many of the comments that don’t give this game more than two or three stars. My example: The German word ja (yes) was accepted for my opponent. My next play was the German word bitte which was not accepted. Many other inconsistencies. Also allows way too much opportunity to cheat. So I will be done playing this game.

Frustrating flaws in claim free and watch for 3. You can’t get out of the videos. The x to close the box shows up but you can tap it til your finger is sore and it won’t close. Ultimately the only way to get off the screen is to reset your phone. Ridiculous. You never receive those free coins for watching and you’ve wasted a whole lot of time. Big bug needs to be addressed and those who play should be reciprocated for coins lost and time wasted.

Otherwise don’t waste your time. Then only play with folks you know. The solo challenges use imaginary words that you can not hope to win against. Some of the words like “PFUI” don’t even have a definition in the Words dictionary! Another word, ‘MWA’ is defined as a ‘kissing’ sound. Unless you know every word in every language you will be hopelessly outmatched in the solo challenges. So buy the Ad Free version, and play only folks you know. Stay away from the creepers who invite you to play and immediately want to know your age, sex, location, marital status and how many kids you have. There’s a way to turn off those invites thankfully. Otherwise it’s a decent game

Love the word play HATE the ads

I really love a crosswords type game played with real people. Since the classics game we all have at home has been beaten to death, Words With Friends is the top word game to play with other people. However…… After Every Single Stinking Move THERE IS AN AD!!! This is completely unnecessary. Ads should be after the game; not after every single move. One of the problems is if you are listening to music through earbuds, these ads come on at FIVE TIMES the volume set on your device. The other problem is that SUPPOSEDLY these ads are 15-28 seconds and often have a “final ad” which is between 5-15 seconds!! SERIOUSLY?!?!?! Ads that are up to 1 minute and 13 seconds long!!! You are EVIL!!

Like many I used to love this game. Now after every single move a long pop up comes on. Never seen a game anywhere close to this bad. You can’t even pay to get rid of them for more then a month at a time. Total waste of time. I’m done.

Here’s how horrible this thing is. I have to put a piece of black tape over that stupid “Next Games” pulsating thing right below my letters, otherwise I can’t concentrate. Who decided to put that there? It just shows where the developers are coming from. All they care about is getting you into another game, and then another game, and then another game, without any regard to the game that you are actually playing. So stupid.
