Latest update keeps crashing when I try to open app

So much for update to fix bugs! Game was working so well about 4 updates ago. Since I've been forced to update my app to play, I have to say the game is worse (I.e., takes forever to load the app). And this last update? Keeps crashing the game trying to load it.

STILL stingy with jokers! Just added hints that require 3 jokers (HINT: hints are totally useless!) yet you only get 1 joker with the daily video... and no way to win any more. Why bother with the leagues if we can't win jokers? It costs way more than 3000 coins to win a league. The league wins are not worth the prize. Who cares about collecting a set of trophies? You can't do anything with a trophy full of less coins than you spent, and and if you can't win jokers, why bother? I put over $200 into this game when it was cute and cuddly, with the jelly cubes. Looks like I wasted my money. What did the developers spend it on? They sure didn't make the game any better with my money…they made it worse...and greedier! SO...WHEN do I finally get my LIFETIME jokers for having invested so much money in this game? I am guessing you're too greedy to bother to put a cap on how much we spend on this app. This is what you get when you hire designers from Fiverr... Ugly kindergarten graphics... gaudy letters over our pictures....how boring to use Arial... No color! You took an adorable cute and cuddly game with giggling little jelly cubes, and mysterious little eyes that popped up… And turned it into an ugly interface, that's not as much fun to look at anymore. Fire your $5 Fiverr designers and hire your giggling jelly cube designers back. They had imagination and creativity… This Fiverr group flunked crayon class in kindergarten. And, when can I see the stats of who I'm playing? Most of the people I play have chat turned off… Is this because they aren't real people? I've read that in previous reviews and now I am concerned, because it really does appear like I'm getting a lot of cheaters who know a lot of really bizarre words...and who "player did not want to play again" before they ever got the chance to acknowledge that they were defeated when I played my winning word. How is that even possible if they're real people?

I use to love this game but certainly not now that every other match is with a fake opponent, with a fake photo, fake name, who makes moves within thirty seconds of yours, uses odd unheard of words and nearly always win——more commonly known as BOTS! This gives an unfair advantage and goes AGAINST the OPTION of players (humans) CHOOSING to play A.I. opponents or not, it’s no longer an option now!

But the AI uses words that don’t exist. Once you achieve level A the AI cheats. I don’t know what dictionary it uses but I cannot find any words it makes up online. So this is why no one plays this game

I notice they use words like st and other weird combos. That you can use in words for friends. I study what other players put down. I don’t know if people at cheating. There are no cheat apps for this app. They have a two word dictionary for this app. So if you see st you know it’s valid then. Sometimes I just put words together like wets. It was luck for me lol.

It was a fun game now they don’t let you play with other players only bots , some words that you don’t even now , you try your best and for nothing

Don’t get this if you have iPhone X. App is not updated for it and you cannot see the whole screen. I keep sending messages to the developer and they don’t fix it. Playing against AI stinks too. Used to be a great app.

Keeps getting worse and worse

This used to be a great game, and I guess that’s why I still haven’t completely given up on it. But now almost every opponent I get is a bot, and they play “words” that either don’t exist at all or that you’d need a superhuman vocabulary to be familiar with. (I also hate their cheesy, clip-art profile pics.) I used to be very good at this game but now I lose most of the time because these bots and their bogus lexicon are very hard to beat. Really awful job by the developers. I’m about done with Wordox.

This use to be my all time favorite game. Now it doesn’t load at all. I paid for this game. I’m beyond disappointed that I can no longer play. Update Dec 17: was able to get into the game once. Afraid to start a game because it still doesn’t load consistently. I sent a message via their contact system but can’t get back in to see if they replied. Jan 6: game still doesn’t load and I try 4 - 5 times a day. Still no response from them. It appears they have no desire to assist their patrons that have put a lot of money into this game.
