I got a new phone, but was on level 262 on my old phone. The Support Team was kind enough to reset my new phone to my current level. This is second time I’ve had the Support Team help me out. Kudos to the Team.

I love this game, but since I got a new phone, I’ve lost all my progress in the game,& don’t know how to get back up to where I was.

I’ve been playing this game for years and have always enjoyed it. However, I think I’m going to end it now. It’s so difficult that it is no longer fun. I don’t mind using my hints but when I’m using 7-10 hints in a level, and still can’t get the words, it’s not fun. Also, I agree with someone else that there should be a way to keep track of the words when you put them back. I always need paper and pen handy.

I used to really like this app. Every update brings longer and worse ads. Now to play their daily promotion puzzles, one must endure multiple ads that take up to thirty seconds each. To play a monopoly game that seemingly promises, but doesn't deliver prizes. But the final straw is they keep showing me a nicotine product that has exposed a bug in ios where somehow it turns my locked screen and locks it in a new position. I'm out!!!

My grandson turned me on to this game and it kept me occupied while I was healing from eye surgery. I had to stay face down for two weeks. This game helped me pass the time. I’ve continued playing since then and still enjoy the game.

I’ve long played and enjoyed this game, but as the title says, the new spinning button is too distracting and makes me want to stop playing the game entirely, especially since I already paid for the no ads version

For the last several weeks this game has not been providing the opportunities to earn clues in the usual way. Today, it completely dismissed all of my previous progress and left me to start at the beginning. I’ve had it. I’ll find another word game to play in the future. Goodbye!
