Suddenly there are new types of ads. Ok, I can tolerate the 3-part ads (that require me to click “next” 3 times) before I can close it. But NOW there are ONLY ads that I cannot close, at all! I have to force-close the app and reopen it. And when I choose to view an ad to gain more “coins” for hints, I get ANOTHER ad — THAT I CANNOT CLOSE!

I’ve enjoyed this low-stress game for years. You don’t even need an internet connection to play as it just loads in each day. The first time I ever had a glitch was two weeks ago. The developer was immediately on it and asked for me to stay in touch till the problem was solved. Wow! Thank you for this excellent service! Pretty rare!
The ads are revolting

Imagine you’re a woman and the only ad that you see are testosterone enhancers. Imagine you are white and all you see are “Revolt” and black power. Imagine you are old and skinny and all you see are ads to lose weight. I don’t know how ads are targeted but I’ve enjoyed the game for several years and I’ve just had my fill of ads. Only recently, the only ads I see are for black power and losing weight. Neither are applicable or interesting to me. I will never subscribe, purchase etc. I’m about to delete the ad as I feel like it’s propaganda more than ads trying to sell a product.
Does not save progress
One hiccup
I liked playing this game. I got a new iPhone and progress of this game does not save. I am back to level 1. Don’t know if I will continue to play this game as I need to start over. Also this game does not save across devices meaning between my phone and iPad.

Video issue

Everytime I watch a long video it ends with an ‘x’ in the upper right corner. When you click on the ‘x’ it comes up with a message saying ‘You must watch the entire video to get your coins’. What a con job! It does it repeatedly!!
Insensitive, at least

On Monday January 31, one of the game boards in the Polar Bear event used a combination of words that were insensitive at best and offensive at worst. Just a few days after Holocaust Remembrance Day, “Berlin” and goy were the two words used
Isn’t working

I’ve played for a long time and in the past couple of months the game keeps getting hung up, reverts back to the opening, won’t respond and more. Very unstable. Deleting and resetting helps not at all and even seems to make things worse!
Please make a dark mode

Please make a dark mode. Favorite game ever. Most of family now plays. Dark mode would be awesome for nighttime. Thanks. From a person who doesn’t watch ads because I paid for something one time in the game and now I never have to watch ads again.
