I love this game, however I have completed all levels. When will new ones be added? Changed my 5 stars to 3. This has been my favorite game for about 4 years because it’s very challenging. I have completed all the levels, have 3800 coins & 50 spins. I continue to play the daily quests & Sam’s special quests. However, 11/4/19 I was on day 3 of Sam’s quest, it locked up & then completely disappeared. Sent email through “contact us” but probably won’t receive a response. Unlike other games, it doesn’t matter how many stars you give this one or how many complaints you make, no one EVER responds.

I enjoy the game but wish there were other ways to earn spins besides waiting it out. That does help me put the game down and do other things though. Also the amount of points earned for solving a puzzle should be re-evaluated, too small.

I love this game and patiently wait for my free spins. However, lately I keep getting messages stating that video is not available. After several hours of this it’s way too frustrating.

This game starts off relatively easy, gradually increasing in difficulty. The words can be found in an order up, down or sideways. Therein lays your challenge. Good luck.

Fun game but think it’s not supported anymore

I play this everyday and really enjoy it. However, the special Sam Quest disappeared mid game around Thanksgiving time. There are usually extra games, “sam’s quests”, throughout the year and now there aren’t any. I’ve tried emailing the creators but have not received a reply. I don’t think this game is being supported anymore so if you’re not already addicted, I’d pass on it for now.

I’ve had this game for a long time and have twice reached the end of the available levels (I’m currently waiting for new ones, but I do the daily puzzles and whatever other limited-time things they have, in order to accumulate coins and spins for when the next batch of levels arrives), and always enjoy playing it. But the customer support, like most offshore support, is horrible. A recent update caused the game to issue false “this puzzle is now unsolvable” messages (i.e., I could solve it if I just ignored the message and kept going), and when I reported this their response was “we’re sorry you’re stuck, but every level has a solution so keep trying”. The latest issue I’ve had is that I’ve reached 100 spins and it won’t go beyond that, so for example if I do the daily puzzle and get a reward of 15 coins and 2 spins, I really only get the 15 coins. I’ve asked twice now why the game imposes this limit but they haven’t responded at all. So by all means download this game and enjoy, just don’t expect anything from the company. ——- Latest update (12/30/19): None. Been waiting almost a year (more than a year? I’ve lost track), no new levels. I guess they don’t plan to update it anymore. ?
