For the second time I am deleting this game and it's for the same issue. No customer service other than: ”we have created a ticket and will get back with you.” THEY NEVER RESPOND BEYOND THIS MESSAGE!

A great app and a great company. I had a puzzle I could not solve. I got in touch with them and they advanced me to the next puzzle. I know the puzzle was solvable, but I tried for weeks without success. Thanks so much!!
