Problems paying

3 separate times I had to close the app and restart to overcome the app hanging to purchase something. 1. Couldn’t enter a new address on Amazon for shipping. After hitting enter, it went to a screen with a spinning gif and just hung. Closed the app and came back, address was there 2. Came back into app and then couldn’t get back to the checkout screen with the amazon payment widgets because it defaulted me to another payment screen. 3. Closed that, came back, was able to get back to the amazon payment screen. Entered a new credit card and then after hitting enter, it asked me to select an address for the card. Hitting enter didn’t work, hitting cancel did nothing either. App was unresponsive. Had to kill the app again. Came back and info was there. So it seems like they are posting to amazon correctly but don’t handle the response. At least put a default timeout so I don’t have to kill the app if you error out trying to handle the response. Contact me if you want more info if you can’t find my errors in your log files. Same exact workflow works fine on web. Just iOS that I seem to have these issues.

I’ve had problems twice with Woot. Both times it was amazing deals that I was so happy to purchase as gifts. Both times I’ve received notifications that they’ve shipped incredibly fast and received notification it was delivered amazingly soon (which is not the norm) but I never received the product. One day I received notification that the product was delivered on porch but I was at home and no delivery. I’ve gotten reimbursed quickly without problem but I’m left not exactly trusting them as much as I used to.

I’ve had 2 items that didn’t work and the Woot team immediately sent a return label. Easy and quick. I will not hesitate to order again.

Woot has been a great company to work with. Found great buys, unusual stuff, great quality, and easy to work with. My only concern has been they are a little slow on shipping.
Cancels my lower priced orders.

Woot will cancel my orders that are under $10. They use to not do that it’s the free shipping from Amazon that gets them to do it.
