Doesn’t work at all

Tried on two separate iPhones, the device loads up for a second, you can move a photo or 100 photos on the device, the photos are lost forever. Also the app crashes all the time. The device will stop working, anytime you go to a new screen it’s like the device is trying to reload. Biggest piece of crap ever.
Latest update step backward

With the latest update I can no longer access the pdf user manual. If the app doesn’t work well, the memory stick has limited use. The saying, ‘if it ain’t don’t fix it comes to mind’
Worked for awhile

The physical Omar WitStick worked for awhile. Seems after last app update it stopped working with iPad Air 2. Can still access 8 gb of photos via standard USB on PC. Defeats the purpose of using Apple TV to access photos via iPad.
Stopped working on phone

I really like the device but it has stopped being recognized by the phone, however I can still access files by plugging into the computer... wish I could still back my phone photos up! Update please??

Last review I mentioned how the previous update ruined WitStick from functioning, but the latest update today I performed, and all is working good again! Crossing fingers it will stay that way. Thank you so much for hearing us all & fixing the problem!!!! :)

It was working on iphone 6 but app does not recognize Omars stick on iphone X anymore.
Unusable Since Update!

I just used my WitStick the other day and it worked great. Tried today to finish watching the rest of the show but they updated the app and, surprise I now cannot access anything saved on the USB. Only thing I am able to do now is record live stuff, which I care nothing about. Come on guys, if you are going to update something make sure the update is an improvement!

Everything was Amazing with my last iOS Apple 7! I upgraded to the Apple 8plus and the stick stop working! I updated and nothing and Customer Care started off great with emails then just stopped and never responded or cared to help me fix the situation. I have not gotten any response back and now I’m looking to replace it with another Company that offers better Customer Service. If yours works that’s great but for me it’s time to move on!
