Some content has no sound

Downloaded this to watch The Possible: Listening to the Universe documentary and it has absolutely no sound. Even for the pets with the interviews. Most other content had sound working. Otherwise would give it perfect rating.

Can’t even give the app a proper review because it refuses to move past the title screen after downloading. I’m sure there is a great vr experience somewhere but The app won’t let me in far enough to see it

I loved the original version of this app because I could get lost in the VR experience, as intended.... Now, it has this annoying light blue navigation “dot” that you can’t get rid of, which anchors your distraction from the content, and defeats the entire purpose of VR!!! I don’t even have a headset that interacts with the screen. I just want to experience it without distractions. Just give me an enhancement that gives me the option to get rid of it.

OK I do like the app but do you know why I am writing it three stars because it doesn’t support the grabbers on my VR headset
